Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure client data and interactions are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance selling skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present practical solutions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel and attend network events or client meetings as required.
