  • Meet and exceed specified sales targets and performance goals consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and improve sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and gather feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Provide ongoing client support by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and outcomes for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and continually expand sales knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role with strong track records.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
