Job Description

A Sales Representative is a key player in the growth and success of any company. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients to expand the customer base effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic cold-calling and networking activities.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales successfully.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Participate in sales training and educational workshops to enhance product knowledge.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product team to aid in product development.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management to track progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for managing sales activities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
