Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations CRM Specialist to support our growing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy, and supporting reporting and process improvements. You will work closely with leadership to maintain visibility across deals, identify bottlenecks, and help drive sales efficiency.


Job Highlights

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRM (Close) to ensure all deals, stages, notes, and ownership are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and identify stalled deals, ensuring proper follow-ups are executed
  • Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports (pipeline value, new leads, meetings, wins/losses)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by implementing structured processes and ensuring data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales workflows and remove bottlenecks
  • Create simple SOPs and Loom videos to support consistent CRM usage and processes


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Close or similar tools)
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, reporting, and sales operations processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in creating SOPs, documentation, or process workflows
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify improvements
