Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations & Retail Support Coordinator to support a fast-paced global sales organization. This role combines retail account support, sales operations, ERP administration, and analytical reporting across domestic and international markets.


The ideal candidate has experience working with global retailers and international distributors, understands product setup requirements across multiple regions, and is comfortable managing data and transactions within ERP and reporting systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a global environment.


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM NZT (Preferred schedule aligns with New Zealand business hours); 20 hours per week



Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Retail Support

  • Manage customer item setup processes, including retailer item grids and region-specific submission requirements
  • Coordinate with international distributors to support product setup, order processing, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Review and interpret retailer and distributor specifications, compliance documentation, and regional requirements
  • Process and manage purchase orders (POs) across multiple regions and currencies accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update product and customer information within ERP systems to ensure alignment across global accounts
  • Support ongoing ERP system updates, training, and data maintenance
  • Manage retailer and distributor portals and submission platforms across international markets
  • Ensure product data consistency and accuracy across retailer and distributor systems
  • Provide operational and reporting support to sales leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Assist with day-to-day coordination to help keep the sales organization running smoothly

Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards to support sales analysis and forecasting
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, charts, and reporting materials for leadership reviews
  • Support reporting needs and operational analysis across multiple regions
  • Assist with CRM and workflow tracking platforms such as Monday.com and Airtable



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales operations, retail support, account coordination, or a similar operational role
  • Experience working with international retailers and distributors preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and workflow management tools such as Monday.com and Airtable
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
