Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Administrative Support Specialist (CRM Systems) to support internal sales and operations teams. This role provides administrative and sales operations support by preparing accurate sales proposals, maintaining internal tickets and spreadsheets, and assisting with various documentation and workflow tasks across teams. It requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams, email platforms, CRMs, and spreadsheet applications to ensure data accuracy and efficient coordination. The position also involves supporting internal communications, participating in sales briefings, and contributing to process improvements in a collaborative and fast-paced remote environment.


Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Brisbane, QLD (40 hours per week)


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and generate accurate sales proposals based on provided data and requirements
  • Support and participate in internal sales briefings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through
  • Maintain, update, and monitor tickets within the company’s core business system
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support multiple team members across departments
  • Create, manage, and optimize internal forms for operational use
  • Review, update, and maintain spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Communicate effectively via email and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  • Handle occasional internal calls using a softphone system
  • Assist in improving administrative workflows and documentation processes


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administrative support, sales administration, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in email platforms and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating business systems, CRMs, or ticketing platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote work setup


Qualifications (Nice to Have):


  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in a sales operations environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or workflow management platforms
  • Background in process improvement or administrative optimization
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Scope of Work:


  • Full-time role supporting internal operations (no customer-facing responsibilities)
  • Work closely with multiple team members across departments
  • Utilize company-provided systems including email, phone, and core business tools
  • Manage diverse administrative tasks with varying levels of urgency and complexity
  • Fully remote role with access to internal systems and support infrastructure
