Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the retail sector, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company by generating sales and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of both new and existing customers and ensuring they are met with the appropriate product offerings, all while enhancing the company's revenue growth and consumer base. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will identify and engage potential new clients while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing ones. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through proactive outreach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations to prospective clients to highlight features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for new sales and promotions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and materials.
  • Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, client interactions, and feedback to management.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities to improve product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Assist in the merchandising and organization of retail space to optimize customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
