The Role

Your mission as a Sales Engagement Specialist is to ensure the seamless operation of our sales team, enhancing efficiency and facilitating the achievement of sales objectives through adept coordination and communication.

Your primary responsibilities include increasing appointment rates for our sales team by effectively managing discovery call booking confirmations, optimizing consultant calendars, and serving as an internal liaison within the sales team.

You will also help influence the booked and show rates by identifying and engaging potential Dashdot clients through outbound sales calls to generate more qualified sales opportunities.

Your proficiency in outbound calling to confirm appointment attendance, making approximately 300 calls to Australia per week, is essential for success in this role, emphasizing the importance of effective communication.

You will be required to provide sales admin support for coordination and follow-ups of discovery calls and strategy sessions, tracking numbers and data, executing procedures, and entering data from the sales team.

Operating within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will leverage various platforms to contribute to our mission of revolutionizing Australias investment landscape.

Your Responsibilities

  • Confirmations of discovery call bookings via outbound calls (300/week to Australia) and text
  • Actioning reschedules/cancellations and managing sales teams calendars appointment
  • Following up with clients via SMS, emails or engagement templates
  • Act as a liaison between all members of the Sales team
  • Tidying & maintenance of CRM and client data (Activecampaign)
  • Support with SOPs and improvements, as directed by the Sales Manager
  • Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, and fit with our solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads to keep them engaged and informed about our offering

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Google Suite proficient with intermediate Excel/spreadsheet skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills
  • Has very high attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments’
  • Confident in communicating by the phone to Australians in English
