About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on cold calling, creativity, and doing deals. As the "Architect of Opportunities," your mission is to build the sales pipeline through high-energy outbound prospecting. Cold calling is at the heart of this role, helping to connect potential clients with Kamma’s transformative solutions. You will manage your outreach independently, maintain clear communication, and turn prospects into qualified opportunities.


Work hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT

Work set-up: Remote


What you’ll do


Cold Calling & Prospecting

  • Enthusiastically take ownership of outbound prospecting, using cold calling as your superpower to create meaningful conversations.
  • Dedicate yourself to consistent outbound calling efforts to build connections and generate leads.
  • Handle objections like a pro and convert initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

Lead Generation & Sourcing

  • Master the art of sourcing high-quality leads, blending creative techniques with proven strategies.
  • Develop and implement targeted approaches to identify prospects using traditional and unconventional methods.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools to streamline prospecting efforts and maximize efficiency.

Engagement & Education

  • Use phone, email, video, social media, and events to educate prospects on how Kamma can transform their businesses.
  • Become an authority on Kamma’s offerings, articulating their unique value with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the sales team.

Reporting & Performance

  • Continuously achieve and exceed monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to refine your sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the high-performing team to contribute ideas and adapt to feedback.


What You Bring

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Resilience: A tenacious attitude, undeterred by challenges, and driven to surpass expectations.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to connect with others, build rapport, and deliver value-driven pitches.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Drive: A hunger for success, an appetite for learning, and a passion for growing your career in sales.
  • Education: Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate clearly across various channels.
  • Creative Thinking: A flair for crafting compelling messaging that resonates with prospects.
  • Remote Readiness: Able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision and a reliable home office.
