Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support our sales

growth through proactive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and client engagement. This role focuses on identifying qualified leads, setting lead follow-ups, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and product demonstrations.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.50 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

· Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities, including

cold calling and email outreach.

· Manage inbound and outbound email communication with prospects and customers

· Support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to promote products and services

· Maintain and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate follow-ups and relationship

building

· Provide basic technical support and product information during the sales process

· Manage calendars, schedules, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely communication

· Track activities and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data


Required Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and qualification

· Strong cold calling and email outreach skills

· Experience coordinating leads follow-up

· Ability to conduct sales demonstrations and explain product value clearly

· Able to create sales strategies seasonally based

· Account management and customer relationship skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Comfortable using CRM tools and email platform


Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience in a sales development or inside sales role

· Familiarity with technical or product-based sales environments

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
