Job Description

The Role

In this role, you’ll report to the Co-founder and will be responsible for owning the outbound prospecting motion end-to-end. You will research accounts, build outreach lists, run multi-touch campaigns, and book qualified meetings with senior GTM leaders in the US market.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Creating, managing, and executing outbound outreach campaigns to target accounts.
  • Researching companies and prospects to build high-intent lead lists.
  • Conducting a high volume of daily cold calls to Directors, VPs, CMOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Personalizing outreach messages across email, phone, and LinkedIn to drive engagement.
  • Understanding customer GTM challenges and positioning Breakout as the right solution.
  • Monitoring sales metrics, interpreting results, and iterating quickly.
  • Providing consistent updates to the Co-founder on outreach status and meeting outcomes.
  • Contributing to building scalable outbound processes and testing new approaches.

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years of outbound Sales/Business Development experience, ideally selling to B2B SaaS clients and targeting the US market.
  • Consistent track record of high-volume outreach (cold calls + emails), booking qualified meetings, and hitting/exceeding targets
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (Apollo, Smartlead, Clay, LGM, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior GTM leaders and decision makers
  • Strong research abilities with the ability to personalize outreach at scale
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistence - you know every “no” gets you closer to a “yes.”
  • Experimentation mindset - you test, iterate, and refine your approach.
  • Curiosity about AI, GTM tooling, and revenue workflows.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional, working smoothly with Product, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable with early-stage ambiguity.
