Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound Sales

Location: Remote

Hours: 8AM-5PM EST

Salary: $1,000-$1,200/month + uncapped commission

The Role

We’re looking for a driven SDR who thrives in outbound sales. Your mission is to start conversations with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book high-quality meetings for our clients using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

If you enjoy prospecting, hitting targets, and earning commission, you’ll do well in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Run multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups
  • Handle objections and improve messaging over time
