Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and performance-driven Sales Development Representative to own the entire cold outreach engine for a growing marketing agency. In this role, you will move away from "spray-and-pray" tactics, taking the time to deeply research ideal prospects and craft highly personalized email campaigns that drive high-value sales conversations. Your strategic prospecting will directly fuel the agency's expansion into new markets and premium client segments across the UK.


Client Overview

Our client is a growing UK-based marketing agency specializing in multi-location service businesses including dental clinics, kitchen showrooms, bathroom showrooms, and similar practice-based operations. They are expanding their outreach capabilities to support aggressive growth targets over the next 12 months.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM UK Time (20 hours per week)


Responsibilities

  • Prospect Research: Research and identify qualified prospects from a curated list of UK multi-location service businesses.
  • Personalized Copywriting: Write highly tailored, researched cold emails that reflect a genuine understanding of each prospect's business.
  • Campaign Management: Execute and manage targeted outbound email campaigns using Apollo and other deployment platforms.
  • Social Selling: Conduct targeted outbound outreach and engagement via LinkedIn when appropriate.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify inbound responses and book qualified sales appointments for the sales lead.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, response rates, and data integrity.
  • Optimization: Continuously test and refine messaging angles based on campaign performance metrics.


Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Recent experience as an SDR, BDR, or appointment setter with a portfolio of measurable conversion results.
  • Copywriting Skills: Demonstrated ability to write personalized, effective cold emails that consistently generate high response rates.
  • Platform Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience using Apollo or similar outbound prospecting software.
  • Research Capabilities: Exceptional investigative skills and deep attention to detail when personalizing outreach vectors.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver consistent output during your shift.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills in English.


Qualifications

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, engagement, and warm-up strategies (Preferred).
  • Previous experience targeting or working with service-based or multi-location businesses (Preferred).
  • Background supporting digital marketing agencies or a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape (Preferred).
