Team Leader Driver 18N25

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Driver to lead our dynamic team of professional drivers. As the Team Leader Driver, you will be responsible for overseeing the drivers, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of drivers to achieve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and assign daily driving routes and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal transportation regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address updates and issues.
• Assess and evaluate driver performance using key performance indicators.
• Provide training and mentorship to new and existing drivers.
• Maintain and update accurate records of team performance and incidents.
• Foster a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery strategies.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards among team members.
• Resolve conflicts and handle any driver-related grievances professionally.
• Periodically review and improve transportation processes and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Proven experience in a driving or logistics role for at least two years.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
