Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate (Leasing Specialist) to join our team and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and converting leads into successful bookings.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

This role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding individual and company sales targets.
  • Responding to inbound and regional sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing sales effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Conducting property viewings for individual and group customers.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate sales activities and conversion data in CRM systems.
  • Monitoring pricing sheets and room availability to maximise sales performance.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across channels and regions.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in sales or account management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
  • You have a strong passion for sales, with a track record or mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • You are proficient in English with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are an enthusiastic, adaptable, and results-driven individual contributor who works well in team environments.
  • You have experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • You have experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms (preferred).
  • You are comfortable working rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Mandarin is preferred
