Compensation: $900-$1,000/month + Monthly Incentive Program + 13th Month Pay

About The Role

A rapidly growing e-commerce company with a portfolio of successful online retail stores is looking for an empathetic, results-driven Sales Associate to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to assist with sales inquiries, product recommendations, and order support
• Nurture and manage leads through thoughtful follow-up and effective communication
• Build expert knowledge of products, features, and benefits to confidently educate customers and drive conversions
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and concerns with urgency, clarity, and empathy
• Support administrative tasks including CRM updates, order entry, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider team to meet sales goals and contribute to process improvements

• Minimum 8/10 English verbal communication skills (clear, professional, and confident)
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally in an e-commerce setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and patient tone
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels and manage follow-ups
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours
• Quiet, professional home office setup with fast, reliable internet
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
