The Sales Associate position is a vital customer-facing role, responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.   • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
  • Engage with customers to build and maintain positive relationships fostering loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention activities as required.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals through effective sales techniques.
  • Stay informed of market trends and new product releases to enhance selling skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required for this position.
  • At least one year of experience in a sales or retail environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
