Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Assistant located in the Philippines. The Sales Assistant will support sales operations, manage client interactions, handle scheduling, and assist with CRM updates. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, preparing sales reports, supporting Account Executives, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in sales support and understanding of basic sales strategies
  • Highly organized with effective organization skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic familiarity with tech-sector terminology is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and a client-focused approach
