Job Description: You’ll be the vital link between first-time visitors and loyal members, converting leads through personalized WhatsApp conversations while supporting the operational backbone of a thriving wellness business. This role puts you at the center of revenue generation, where your communication skills directly impact business growth. You’ll work with a dynamic team that’s scaling rapidly and needs someone who can handle both sales conversion and operational excellence to keep pace with their success

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK with an hour unpaid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to sales leads generated through the Mind and Body booking platform
• Conduct personalized WhatsApp conversations with prospects following their first class experience
• Guide leads through the sales process to convert them into paying members with class packages
• Present membership options and facilitate immediate payment processing through provided links
• Handle general administrative tasks including customer service inquiries and booking changes
• Manage multiple WhatsApp conversations simultaneously while maintaining personalized service
• Track and follow up on sales leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue
• Assist with day-to-day operational support across multiple studio locations

Requirements

• You bring proven experience in sales, particularly lead conversion and customer follow-up. - Strong written communication skills for WhatsApp-based sales conversations are essential. Experience with CRM or booking platforms is required, with Mind and Body platform experience being a bonus.
• You can work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• You’re comfortable with performance-based compensation structure and available to work within the client’s timezone.
