Job Description

You’ll drive business growth as the primary sales force for a dynamic digital marketing agency, working directly with leadership to close deals and scale operations. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support, where your sales expertise will directly impact company success while you gain deep knowledge of cutting-edge digital marketing services. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team during initial client meetings, ensuring you’re set up for success while building trust and brand alignment.


Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 6.30 per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20h per week

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10AM to 4PM GMT+2 (Sofia, Bulgaria time zone)

Client Timezone: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs and pain points
  • Execute both inbound and outbound sales activities through email and phone outreach
  • Draft and present customized proposals with tailored pricing packages for prospective clients
  • Close sales deals and coordinate internally to ensure seamless client onboarding processes
  • Proactively identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities beyond provided databases
  • Hand off successfully closed clients to the operations team for service execution
  • Work with existing lead lists and databases to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate with company leadership during client meetings and strategic sales initiatives
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on all introductory sales calls and meetings.
  • Maintain 100% accurate client data and track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client communications within the CRM (Go High Level).
  • Manage and articulate the companys value proposition and pricing structure to justify premium positioning in the European market.
  • Provide clear, detailed, and non-technical handover briefs to the Operations team upon contract signing.

Scope

  • Full ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract signature, including all data entry and stage management within the company CRM.
  • Need to use Google Meet, in addition to email and phone for sales calls. We will be relying heavily on Google Meet for 99% of our conversations with potential clients or internal conversations.



Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record in a senior-level capacity
  • Strong background or understanding of digital marketing services, concepts, and industry terminology
  • Excellent communication skills with clear accent and professional phone presence for client interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, reliable, and responsible with minimal need for micromanagement
  • Experience articulating complex technical solutions to both knowledgeable and novice clients
  • Proven success with B2B sales processes and client relationship management
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling business environments
  • Bonus if you have specific experience with SEO, social media marketing, or paid advertising platforms
  • Documented success achieving revenue targets (MRR/ARR) within a B2B service environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to intelligently discuss client performance data.
  • Experience working with and managing sales pipelines within a CRM platform (Go High Level).
  • Experience selling to Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across diverse industries.
