Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱75,000/month ($1,100 - $1,350) (commensurate with Experience)
About the Role
This role owns the full sales cycle for US based medical practices that use Curogram to modernize patient communication and front office workflows.
You will:
- Work inbound and referral pipeline from marketing, partners, and affiliates
- Prospect as needed to open high quality first meetings, not high volume dialing
- Run deep discovery, demos, and solution design
- Close deals and lead light implementation and onboarding for new accounts
You will work directly with US clinical and operational leaders, understand their workflows, and configure Curogram to fit their practice. This is a senior, consultative, and technical sales role, not a dialer or script reading job.
Key Responsibilities1. Pipeline, qualification, and CRM management
- Work inbound and referral leads from marketing, partners, and affiliates
- Prospect selectively to open quality first meetings based on ideal customer profile
- Qualify opportunities based on fit, pain, budget, authority, and timing
- Keep leads, contacts, and deals fully updated in HubSpot or similar CRM
- Maintain a healthy, realistic pipeline that supports monthly and quarterly targets
2. Discovery, demo, and solutioning
- Run deep discovery on client workflows, pain points, and business goals
- Map current processes for patient communication, scheduling, and front office work
- Translate client needs into clear use cases and solution proposals
- Master Curogram product features, EMR integration concepts, and ROI stories
- Deliver tailored live demos that speak the language of US providers and office staff
- Adjust demos in real time based on clinic size, specialty, and workflow complexity
3. Sales closing and commercial activities
- Own the deal from first conversation through signed agreement
- Prepare clear quotes, proposals, and contracts based on standard pricing and terms
- Run structured follow up by email, phone, and video meetings
- Handle basic negotiation within approved guardrails and escalate exceptions when needed
- Communicate timelines and expectations clearly to all stakeholders on both sides
4. Account implementation and handoff
- Work directly with clients to implement Curogram according to their workflows
- Coordinate configuration tasks and basic account setup for new customers
- Train front office and clinical staff on how to use Curogram confidently
- Partner with Support, Integrations, and Onboarding teams during go live
- Document account details, workflows, and special cases for smooth internal handoff
5. Collaboration, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate forecasts and deal stages in HubSpot
- Share feedback from the field on product gaps, recurring objections, and use cases
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign feedback
- Support process improvements that make demos, proposals, and onboarding smoother
- Help refine playbooks, talk tracks, and templates for the sales team
Minimum Qualifications
These items should appear clearly in the CV or resume:
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or technical sales
- 10 plus years of total professional experience preferred
- Proven success selling to US customers or working for US based companies
- Stable employment history, including at least one role that lasted 3 to 5 years
- No more than two short stints under 18 months in the last ten years, or clear and reasonable explanations
- Near native spoken and written English that sounds natural to US customers
- Clear, neutral American business accent on calls
- Hands on experience managing a full sales cycle from qualification through close
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM at an advanced level
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including creating clear decks, reports, and written follow ups
- Ability and willingness to work US hours, typically 9 am to 6 pm Pacific
- Comfortable working in a remote, metrics driven environment with activity and revenue targets

- Clear written and verbal communication skills for US audiences
- Professional presence on video calls, including voice, pacing, and rapport
- Able to handle multiple deals at different stages without losing details
- Comfortable collaborating with Support, Integrations, and other internal teams during implementation
- High sense of ownership for customer outcomes, not just signed contracts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS or selling into medical practices, clinics, or hospitals
- Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems and basic integration concepts
- Awareness of HIPAA or similar data privacy regulations
- Experience coordinating with onboarding, enrollment, or customer success teams
- Experience leading or supporting light implementations for SaaS products
- Basic slide design polish for client facing materials and sales decks
- Experience working onsite in Cebu or willingness to work from our Cebu office if needed
- Experience selling into small business and mid market segments, with some enterprise exposure as a plus
