As a Revenue Cycle Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional service. What You’ll Do

• Provide remote support to dental office teams with billing and accounts receivable tasks.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and manage payment collections.
• Review and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and insurance denials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient account records.
• Respond to patient and insurance inquiries regarding billing and collections.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both patients and internal team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dental billing and familiarity with dental insurance plans.
• Knowledge of dental coding and billing procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
