Job Description The Successful Applicant

Supports maintenance and optimization of SQL Server databases that support revenue analytics and reporting.
Develop and maintain automated data extracts, transformations, and refresh processes in accordance with defined standards and schedules.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics applications to support revenue performance monitoring and financial modeling.
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures; utilize programming languages such as Python or R to support data transformation and automation tasks.
Support integrations between financial, operational, and data warehouse systems, ensuring consistent data flow and synchronization.
Collaborate with IT and enterprise data teams to support cloud migration and analytics platform initiatives, following established architectures and processes.
Monitor data processes for efficiency and accuracy, identifying issues and opportunities for automation or standardization.
Partner with Revenue Management, Finance, and Data Analytics stakeholders to translate defined business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Execute data integrity, security, and compliance controls in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Stay current on relevant analytics tools and techniques and apply enhancements under guidance to improve reliability and efficiency.
3 years of experience supporting database management, analytics development, or data functions (required)
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL Server, automation scripting, and Power BI development (required)
Experience with healthcare financial or revenue data (required)
Exposure to cloud analytics environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) (preferred)
Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data transformation (preferred)
Foundational knowledge of data science, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts
