Summary Of The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Analyst who can bring the energy, deliver results, and raise the bar in a fast-growing HR technology company. In this role, you’ll shape data-driven strategies that fuel business growth and influence key decisions across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You’ll leverage advanced analytics, Salesforce, and SQL to uncover insights, optimize performance, and drive impact. What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of proven experience to conduct full-funnel GTM workflow analysis, including ICP targeting and market expansion recommendations.
• Ability to gather and interpret business intelligence from internal data, industry reports, and public sources to inform strategy.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Salesforce, SQL, Excel, and advanced analytics tools.
• Solve reporting gaps and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, reliable data solutions.
• Partner with leadership to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
• Perform territory expansion analysis and competitive intelligence to support strategic GTM initiatives.
• Document and manage GTM milestones, training materials, and market research for organizational alignment.
• Stay current on data standards and evolving specifications, ensuring compliance and best practices.
