As Retail Commercial Strategy Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial modeling and related activities to support the pricing and financing of solar projects. The role supports financial performance monitoring, contract quality assessment, and margin validation to ensure that results are accurately reflected and aligned with business targets and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with AP Retail - Commercial Operations to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• The role contributes to process improvements, reporting efficiency, and data-driven insights that support strategic pricing, portfolio optimization, and management decision making

• Financial Planning and Analysis

• Contract Quality and Margin Management

• Project Finance

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or any business related course

• Professional: At least 5 years of related experience in the power industry, preferably with related experience in energy trading, portfolio management, corporate finance, project finance or financial planning and analysis.
