Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized and maintained.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to manage budget and forecast future restaurant needs.
  • Collaborate with chefs to refine menu offerings, balancing customer preferences and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely and quality service for customers.
  • Organize staff meetings to keep employees informed and engaged in restaurant goals.
  • Implement policies to improve productivity and customer service within the restaurant.
  • Liaise with vendors and negotiate contracts for better pricing and service agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing a successful team.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's needs.
