About the Company


Our client is a renowned leader in Australia’s solar energy sector, delivering innovative commercial and residential solutions. With over 10,000 successful projects and multiple industry awards, they continue to set the standard for excellence in solar and battery installations.


They are looking for a Residential Administrator to join their team. As a Residential Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound residential enquiries, acting as a vital liaison between customers, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and strong phone-based customer service skills. You must possess strong attention to detail for reviewing technical proposals and the ability to maintain professional communication in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound calls and enquiries, acting as the lead coordinator to direct communications and open service tickets.
  • Nurture sales leads by following up with customers regarding outstanding proposals and enquiries.
  • Review sales proposals for accuracy and completeness before transitioning them to the installation coordination team.
  • Provide administrative support for installation logistics, including grid connections, product checks, and End of Month (EOM) data entry.
  • Verify and maintain up-to-date licensing, certifications, and documentation for all active contractors.
  • Manage financial administrative tasks such as invoicing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contractor documentation.


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or project/job coordination.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on professional customer service.
  • Proven experience in managing complex calendars and high-volume appointment scheduling.
  • High level of precision, specifically in reviewing contracts, technical proposals, or compliance documentation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing software such as Accelo, HubSpot, and Aroflo or similar tools.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under broad direction.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in the Australian solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Familiarity with Australian "Grid Connection" processes and STC rebate documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail


Additional Information:

  • Full-time engagement (38 hours per week)
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Brisbane time
  • Rate Range: $8.00 - $8.25 USD per hour
  • Preferred location to hire: The Philippines
