Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support client relationships, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. The EA will primarily assist a Jewish non-profit organization with back-office operations while serving as the main point of contact for client needs. This includes addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive client experience from initial engagement to ongoing support.
Requirements
Must have at least a year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, proactive collaboration, and the ability to operate both independently and as a team player while upholding company standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce (experience with Salesforce NPSP is a major plus)
Basic spreadsheet/Excel formulas and navigation (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Website management (e.g. SquareSpace, Ecwid, Wix)
E-mail Management (e.g. Mail Chimp, Constant Contact)
Responsibilities
CRM & Database Management: Manage and update CRM systems and other databases—ensure accurate donation records, contact information, and community data to enable reliable reporting, insights, and outreach efforts.
Website & Event Tools Maintenance: Update websites with event details, registration links, calendars, and graphics. Prepare and publish registration forms and event pages using a drag-and-drop interface—no advanced coding required.
Communications Support: Assist with drafting and distributing weekly community emails or announcements to promote classes, events, or initiatives.
Proactive Project Coordination: Anticipate scheduled events and community needs by setting reminders, coordinating publishing timelines, and working with internal teams to ensure materials and client requests are delivered on time.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
