Job Description

A Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships between a company and its clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to analyze complex client issues and offer proactive solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software and tools to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
