Responsibilities

  • Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Ensure all patient documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Participate in the continuous assessment and improvement of patient care quality.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Utilize medical technology and equipment proficiently to ensure patient safety.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
  • Attend mandatory training, seminars, and meetings to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in applicable state.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and medical equipment usage.
