Job Description
Full accountability for regional order intake and revenue growth across Asia Pacific
Translate global product and service strategies into executable regional sales actions
Drive proactive, solution‑led selling with a strong focus on new business development
Identify market opportunities and develop a deep understanding of customer needs
Lead and coordinate country‑level sales leaders across multiple product categories
Build strong cross‑country collaboration and alignment across product lines
Manage and grow strategic key customer relationships at regional level
Partner closely with marketing on campaigns, customer events, and demand generation
Maintain strong forecasting discipline, pipeline management, and commercial rigour
The Successful Applicant
Background in product‑related testing, inspection, certification, or adjacent technical B2B services
Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience in a service‑driven environment
Proven ability to personally influence revenue growth through customer relationships
Strong solution‑sales and business development capability
Experience managing multiple countries or complex regional scopes
Commercially driven leader who prioritises impact over hierarchy
Comfortable operating across cultures with frequent regional travel
Country Managers keen to pursue a multi-country regional responsibility can apply
