Job Description

  • Full accountability for regional order intake and revenue growth across Asia Pacific
  • Translate global product and service strategies into executable regional sales actions
  • Drive proactive, solution‑led selling with a strong focus on new business development
  • Identify market opportunities and develop a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Lead and coordinate country‑level sales leaders across multiple product categories
  • Build strong cross‑country collaboration and alignment across product lines
  • Manage and grow strategic key customer relationships at regional level
  • Partner closely with marketing on campaigns, customer events, and demand generation
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline, pipeline management, and commercial rigour


The Successful Applicant

  • Background in product‑related testing, inspection, certification, or adjacent technical B2B services
  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience in a service‑driven environment
  • Proven ability to personally influence revenue growth through customer relationships
  • Strong solution‑sales and business development capability
  • Experience managing multiple countries or complex regional scopes
  • Commercially driven leader who prioritises impact over hierarchy
  • Comfortable operating across cultures with frequent regional travel
  • Country Managers keen to pursue a multi-country regional responsibility can apply
