Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from developing job descriptions and advertising to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage numerous tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and action plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and specifications.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on various job boards and social media.
  • Screen and review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews and arrange in-person or virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and provide feedback.
  • Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Negotiate job offers and communicate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and laws.
  • Provide candidates with information about the company, its culture, and benefits.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Continuously monitor and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with candidates and team.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruiting assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and practices to ensure legal compliance in hiring.
