Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to help us source, evaluate, and onboard top-tier online teaching talent. This role plays a vital part in our high-volume recruitment operations, ensuring that each candidate meets our client’s standards and is well-prepared to deliver quality education from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and align with the ideal teacher profile as defined by our clients.
Actively source qualified online teachers through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, teaching hubs, referrals, and other creative platforms.
Accurately encode candidate and job posting data into the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain up-to-date records.
Perform equipment checks to ensure that candidates have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in an online teaching environment.
Assist in conducting end-to-end candidate assessments—interviews, skills testing, and demo lesson evaluations—to determine suitability.
Share engaging content on social media to strengthen employer branding and attract talent.
Facilitate pre-service orientations to set expectations and prepare candidates for their roles.
Communicate service agreements, policies, and terms of engagement to new hires.
Provide guidance and support to teacher trainees throughout the onboarding and training process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least 6 months of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Highly trainable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
Work Set-up And Requirements
Schedule: Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
Schedule: Shifting schedule, including morning, mid, and night shifts. We require candidates who can demonstrate flexibility and adapt to schedule changes as needed for urgent situations or business requirements.
Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
Location: Fully remote
Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher
Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
