Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help us drive end to end recruitment for a Food Manufacturing company in North America. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience. 
 

What you’ll do:

 

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in hourly roles in the maintenance space or food manufacturing – plant environment/hourly.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

 
You’ll be someone who can bring:

 

• Experience with recruiting roles in North America

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm 
• Experience recruiting in the food manufacturing sector or similar for hourly roles
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
