Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter who is experienced in evaluating candidates. In this role, you will manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial interviews, and ensure only the most qualified candidates move forward in the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various roles
  • Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our tracking system
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring teams

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition required
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable conducting interviews via phone and video
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Work Hours: 9 am- 5 pm CST (US Time)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Compensation: $800- 1200 per month
