Role:  Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM EST (Mon - Fri) 

Salary Range: $1200 - $1600 USD ($) per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Communication
    • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and virtual inquiries.
    • Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service to clients, team members, and partners.
    • Manage and route messages and schedule calls.
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment coordination across the organization.
    • Prepare, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Office tools.
    • Maintain digital records, office procedures, and key administrative systems.
  • Operational Coordination
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed for remote operational needs.
    • Assist with company projects and special initiatives.
    • Perform light research, compile information, and generate reports as requested.
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong computer literacy and internet research skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities independently.

Skills:

  • Proven success in remote administrative or receptionist roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency across Microsoft environments.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a virtual team.
  • Experience working with East Coast Companies and understanding of the East Coast culture preferred
