Overview:

You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for property owners ready to sell. This role goes beyond traditional cold calling—you’ll use your real estate wholesale expertise to guide meaningful conversations with pre-qualified leads, making a real difference while contributing to a profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm outreach to distressed property owners who have already expressed interest through partner companies
• Build genuine rapport by listening to sellers’ stories and understanding their unique situations
• Follow proven scripts and decision trees while adapting to each conversation’s natural flow
• Qualify leads by assessing motivation, timeline, and property details
• Efficiently identify and move past unviable prospects to maximize productive calling time
• Set up qualified prospects for the business owner to close deals
• Track call activities and outcomes using shared systems and spreadsheets
• Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest improvements based on real-world experience
• Handle sensitive financial and personal information with complete confidentiality
• Earn performance bonuses for deals that successfully close

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate wholesale cold calling (required)
• Strong communication skills with natural empathy for people in difficult situations
• Ability to build trust quickly and make distressed sellers feel heard and comfortable
• Experience with VOIP phone systems and basic CRM or tracking tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS computer equipment (required for security software)
• Bonus if you have experience providing feedback on scripts and processes
• It helps if you understand the wholesale real estate acquisition process end-to-end

Side note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
