Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Part- time)

📌 About the Client

Our client operates in the Real Estate industry and is based in Ontario, Canada (Toronto area).

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Transaction coordination - managing all paperwork between listing and closing
• Listing preparation and uploading to MLS (Realm system)
• Client communication and follow-up via WhatsApp and email
• DocuLoop document management
• Booking showings and appointments
• Marketing support - Facebook posts and property flyers
• Agent communication coordination
• Receipt uploading and administrative tasks
• RECO form management (Ontario Real Estate Council forms)
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Canadian/Ontario real estate experience (required)
• Experience with transaction coordination and listing management
• Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
  
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package :
