  • Thursdays to Mondays, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Eastern time (Florida)
  • 40 hours per week

Job Description:

You’ll join a results-driven real estate team where your expertise directly impacts hundreds of transactions each year. This role combines independent decision-making during critical evening and weekend hours with collaborative teamwork during business hours. You’ll master real estate compliance while supporting both buyers and sellers through complex transactions, gaining valuable experience in a high-volume environment that prioritizes quality and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle real estate compliance tasks for buyer and seller transactions in Florida markets
  • Write offers and addendums for real estate deals using industry-standard processes
  • Process and coordinate documents through DocuSign for seamless transaction completion
  • Collaborate with transaction coordinators and inside sales team during business hours via Zoom
  • Support listing managers and buyer transaction managers with administrative coordination
  • Manage high-volume workload efficiently across 300+ annual transactions
  • Navigate Keller Williams Command system and Brevity CRM for transaction management

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working independently during solo coverage hours without supervision
  • Willingness to learn real estate processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards
  • Ability to handle high-volume workload without feeling overwhelmed by fast-paced environment
  • Proactive communication style and not afraid to ask questions for clarity and success
  • Experience with or strong willingness to learn Keller Williams Command system
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with Brevity CRM or similar real estate CRM platforms
  • It helps if you have DocuSign experience or document management background
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required if you demonstrate strong learning ability
