Job Description

ROLE: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (experience in US real estate is required)



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • :Prepare and manage real estate contracts and transaction documents
  • .Track critical contract dates and transaction deadlines
  • .Ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted on time
  • .Maintain accurate transaction files and records
  • .Enter and update property listings in the MLS or other listing platforms
  • .Organize digital files and maintain a structured document management system
  • .Verify that listing information is accurate and complete
  • .Send contracts, disclosures, and required forms to clients
  • .Respond to client inquiries and provide transaction updates
  • .Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction
  • .Follow up with team members regarding outstanding documents and action items
  • .Monitor transaction progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • .Maintain checklists and provide regular status updates
  • .Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

HARD REQUIREMENT

  • S:Previous experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or administrative suppor
  • t.Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • s.Strong written and verbal English communication skill
  • s.High attention to detail and accurac
  • y.Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneousl
  • y.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based softwar
  • e.Experience with MLS systems and real estate transaction management software is preferre
  • d.Familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction processe
  • s.Experience using platforms such as Dotloop, SkySlope, DocuSign, TransactionDesk, or similar tool
  • s.Previous experience supporting a real estate team or brokerag
