Job Role Summary/Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated sales or real estate professional with 2–5 years of experience and a proven ability to close deals, not just set appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and hands-on experience in cold calling and lead qualification. You should be able to analyze property deals, understand market comparables, and work confidently with real estate software (training provided). Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm | Israel
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to homeowners to identify potential property sellers
  • Handle text campaign responses, qualify leads, and conduct phone conversations as needed
  • Perform deal analysis by running numbers on properties to determine profitability
  • Research property comparables using Zillow and other real estate software platforms
  • Evaluate whether the sellers asking prices align with investment criteria
  • Send purchase agreements and manage deals through to closing
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to deal completion
  • Qualify prospects and determine their motivation and timeline for selling


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or real estate (mid-level, not junior)
  • Proven ability to close deals, not just set appointments
  • Experience with cold calling and lead qualification
  • Ability to analyze real estate deals and understand market comparables
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistence in sales outreach
