Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in transforming raw property photography into stunning, market-ready images that help sell homes. This isn’t just photo editing – you’re creating the visual story that helps families find their dream homes. You’ll work with a team that values your expertise while giving you the flexibility to work on your schedule, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop specialized skills in real estate photography while contributing to a company’s growth and succes


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 40h per week - Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm WIB (Western Indonesian Time, GMT+7)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Merge HDR photos to create high-quality, professional real estate images
  • Edit and color correct property photographs to market-ready standards
  • Ensure same-day turnaround of completed photo edits to meet client deadlines
  • Learn and apply the company’s specific editing style and brand standards
  • Deliver polished, completed photos ready for next-business-day use
  • Maintain consistent quality across all property photography projects
  • Collaborate with the team to refine editing processes and workflows


Requirements:

  • APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED
  • Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and color correction
  • Understanding of basic photo editing terminology and techniques
  • Ability to work outside UK business hours for optimal workflow coordination
  • Commitment to same-day delivery timelines and deadline management
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific editing styles and standards
  • Bonus if you have experience with HDR photography or real estate imagery
  • It helps if you’re interested in long-term employment and building expertise in property marketing
