Overview

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our land acquisition team. This role involves high-volume outbound calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for potential land sellers. Work remotely while contributing to an exciting growth-focused real estate operation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 6 PM Austin, TX time (includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential land sellers
• Follow up on mailed offers to gauge interest and generate leads
• Qualify leads by assessing sellers’ readiness and willingness to sell their land
• Use the Pebble CRM system to track leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Navigate objections and provide initial information about the land acquisition process
• Schedule appointments or call-backs with qualified leads for further discussion
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting, in real estate preferred; experience in property acquisitions a MUST
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software
• Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

Side Note

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
