Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Equivalent of USD 940/month in the applicant’s local currency
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions for multiple client accounts
  • Categorize transactions accurately in QuickBooks across diverse business types
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for all assigned clients
  • Generate monthly balance sheets and trial balances as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for a varied client portfolio
  • Handle bookkeeping for S-corporations, restaurants, franchises, and service businesses
  • Coordinate with the internal team for client information and communication flow
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with varying complexity levels


Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (all clients use this platform exclusively)
  • Experience with bank reconciliation and transaction categorization
  • Knowledge of preparing financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and trial balances
  • Experience working with multiple business entity types, a bonus if you have S-corp, restaurant, or franchise experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills for internal team coordination
  • It helps if you have experience in diverse industries or multi-client environments


Side note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
