Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 6.74, the equivalent in your local currency

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Catch up on 8-9 months of bookkeeping backlog dating back to March/April
• Handle transaction categorization and reconciliation in QuickBooks
• Process and organize Venmo and PayPal payment records
• Export payment platform statements and import them into QuickBooks
• Maintain ongoing bookkeeping records and financial organization
• Set up and optimize QuickBooks system for the business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management
• Proficiency with QuickBooks software
• Experience working with payment platforms like Venmo and PayPal
• Ability to handle transaction categorization and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail for catching up on backlogged records
• Capability to work independently and manage variable transaction volumes
