Job Description

You’ll be the financial operations backbone for a growing consulting practice, handling QuickBooks expertise while supporting digital marketing efforts. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow alongside a business from its early stages, with clear potential for expansion as client volume increases. You’ll work directly with the business owner in a collaborative environment where your accuracy and reliability directly impact client success and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly data entry and financial input into QuickBooks for multiple client accounts
  • Generate accurate monthly reports that serve as the foundation for client business consulting meetings
  • Maintain precise financial records and ensure data integrity across all client accounts
  • Create and publish blog articles using AI tools to support SEO and business growth initiatives
  • Manage basic content publishing and website updates
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed to support business operations
  • Provide reliable financial data that can be confidently presented to clients
  • Support the transition from startup phase to established consulting practice



Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Computer savvy with ability to quickly learn and utilize AI tools for content creation
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have basic SEO knowledge or content management experience
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with flexible schedules and startup environments
