Job Description:
You’ll join a dynamic accounting services company at a pivotal growth moment, working directly with Canadian clients to deliver essential financial services. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on bookkeeping expertise and leadership development, as you’ll be positioned to take on increasing responsibilities and potentially management duties as the team expands. Responsibilities:
Convert bank statement information from various formats into Excel spreadsheets for processing
Upload and integrate converted financial data into QuickBooks systems
Complete accurate categorization of financial transactions across multiple client accounts
Prepare comprehensive month-end and year-end financial reports based on client requirements
Handle high-volume file conversion projects efficiently during busy periods
Manage financial data for multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Process payroll information and related financial transactions
Support the development of streamlined processes as the team grows
Collaborate with business owner on client-specific accounting needs and requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and conversion.
Experience working with Canadian clients and solid knowledge of Canadian accounting principles is essential.
You have a track record of handling financial categorization, reconciliation processes, and payroll processing.
Bonus if you have experience managing large volumes of financial data efficiently
