Project Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Expert (Individual Contractor) to support projects within an assigned Micro Agency. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of financial content across multiple document versions and platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong financial familiarity, and experience in quality control reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Quality Control (PM QC)

• Conduct detailed quality checks on project management deliverables

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and client standards

Version 1 Quality Control – Traditional (V1 QC)

• Review and proofread initial document versions using traditional (non-Workiva) workflows

• Validate financial figures, formatting, annotations, and source references

Version Next Quality Control – Traditional (VN QC)

• Review updated document versions to confirm corrections were properly applied

• Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across iterations

Graphic Quality Control (Graphic QC)

• Review tables, charts, and layouts for accuracy and proper formatting

• Ensure data integrity, alignment, and adherence to design standards

Version 1 Quality Control – Workiva (V1 QC – Workiva)

• Perform platform-based quality checks within Workiva

• Verify linked data accuracy, formatting compliance, and best-practice usage

Engagement Timeline

This freelance engagement runs from December 2025 through May 30, 2026, unless ended earlier per the terms of the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
