Job Description

The Quality Assurance Administrator is a pivotal role dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality standards in an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies in the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance product quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues swiftly.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities and procedures.
  • Organize training sessions to educate employees about quality standards and policies.
  • Monitor production processes and propose corrective actions for quality lapses.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends and areas of concern.
  • Support the development of testing methodologies to assess product/service quality.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of quality control manuals and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or control role within a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of quality assurance tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve quality objectives.
  • Certification in quality assurance, such as CQIA, is considered a plus.
