Job Description

The Quality Assurance Administrator (04D25) plays a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the quality assurance processes within an organization. This position is integral to ensuring that the products and services meet specific, established standards before reaching customers. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will coordinate with various departments to implement and maintain quality testing procedures. You will be responsible for developing quality assurance documentation and systems, providing insight, and making recommendations for improvement based on findings and best practices. Your goal will be to ensure that production and manufacturing processes adhere to the established quality standards, as well as to enhance company operations through effective quality management practices. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of industry quality standards, and the ability to communicate and coordinate across departments effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards, systems, and processes within the organization.
  • Oversee and coordinate quality assurance activities across various departments and functions.
  • Monitor compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality adherence.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports for management review.
  • Act as a liaison between the quality assurance team and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Manage non-compliance issues, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Regularly update and educate staff on new quality assurance standards and practices.
  • Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to optimize processes and product quality.
  • Ensure that customer feedback is considered in continuous improvement cycles.
  • Assist in the training and development of quality assurance personnel as needed.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging quality assurance technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a quality assurance position is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools for data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
